Custom Box Production

For suitable structures and finishes, urgent schedules can support production of up to 20,000 boxes per day while maintaining agreed quality requirements.

Quality Control

Materials, colour, structure, printing, finishing, assembly and final packing are checked against a 98% finished-product pass-rate standard.

Sampling

Typical prototype development takes approximately 3–5 days after structure, materials, artwork and finishing details are confirmed.
