Foldable Corrugated Cosmetic Mailer Box with Full Unboxing Suite
This cosmetic shipping box is built from extra-strong, reinforced double-wall corrugated board, with a white inner liner that is 100% eco-friendly and recyclable. The exterior is finished in a calming deep sage-green tone, giving the mailer a clean, botanical, nature-inspired brand identity throughout the entire unboxing sequence.
The structure is fully collapsible and foldable flat for storage and shipping, keeping warehouse footprint and freight costs to a minimum despite its rigid, protective strength once assembled. Inside, a white EVA foam insert is precision die-cut to securely cradle the pump bottle and companion box together, preventing shifting during transit.
